Celestial Bonds generates personalized astrology books based on birth data you provide. Natal charts are calculated from astronomical ephemeris data, and book content is generated using artificial intelligence (AI). The resulting books are delivered as digital PDFs and, optionally, as printed hardcover copies shipped to your address.

3. Orders and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
4. Refund Policy
Because each book is custom-generated from your unique birth data, digital orders are non-refundable once generation has begun. If your order fails to generate or you receive a corrupted file, contact us for a full refund or re-generation. For print orders, refunds or reprints are available if the physical product arrives damaged or defective.
5. Intellectual Property
The Celestial Bonds name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by Celestial Bonds. Your personalized book content is generated for your personal use. You may share or gift your book but may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated content.
6. Your Data
We collect birth data (date, time, and location), your email address, and optional relationship context to generate your book. 7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Submit false or misleading information, including birth data for individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract the underlying prompts, models, or algorithms used by the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated book content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that astrological interpretations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Astrological content is generated by AI and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Bonds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
